Conditions of participation

Participation is carried out under the responsibility of each player. It is not permitted to enter under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with violent attitudes, with heels, open shoes or sharp objects. Comfortable clothing and sports shoes are recommended.

Player limits, ages, duration and language depend on the city and game selected and are displayed before booking.

Security and emergencies

The facilities have video surveillance, fire extinguishers, doors and emergency lights. Accessible elements of the game operate on 12 volts and there are always ways to leave the experience. The team monitors the session throughout the activity.

Changes and cancellations

Ordinary cancellations are not allowed. A change of date or a voucher valid for six months can be requested in writing with at least one week’s notice and on one occasion only. Optional insurance conditions and shorter terms are shown during booking.

Bonuses and discounts

Vouchers and discounts must be validated during the booking process. They cannot be applied later or redeemed at the store. Expired vouchers can be reactivated for a maximum of 180 days at the rate indicated in the current conditions. The amount is not refundable.

Punctuality, lockers and objects

Access occurs at the indicated time. A delay of 15 minutes may prevent the start without the right to a refund. All personal items must be stored in lockers. If a lost object is located, its owner will be notified, but the company does not assume compensation for unrecovered objects.
