Of course! Criogenic is not a horror escape room. There are no scares or surprises here, just action, science fiction and a story that engages from the first minute.
Cancellations: Refunds of the amount paid are not accepted.
Modifications: You can change the date of your reservation or request a voucher valid for 6 months, as long as you notify us at least 7 days in advance. Only one modification is allowed per reservation.
Reserve insurance: If you hire it when making the reservation, you can cancel up to 48 hours before and receive 100% of the amount paid. For notices within the last week, the insurance allows you to request a 6-month bonus (also only once).
The Original (Criogenic 500): an epic experience of up to 120 minutes, the longest and most complete escape room in Zaragoza.
To enjoy The OriginalWe recommend that you come with comfortable clothing and sports shoes. For safety reasons, playing with heels, open sandals or bare feet is not permitted.
Remember that access with personal belongings is not allowed inside the rooms. We have lockers so you can store all your belongings safely.
Punctuality is essential at Criogenic Zaragoza. Each session begins at the exact time of the reservation, and if you arrive late you will not only lose part of your experience, but groups playing later may also be affected.
We recommend you arrive with at least 10 minutes in advance so that you are there when the door opens.
In case of exceeding the 15 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled and a refund will not be possible.
Criogenic 500: The Original
Minimum age: 10 years.
Those over 16 years old can play alone.
Children under 16 and over 10 years old must play accompanied by at least one adult.
Access with baby strollers or baby carriers is not permitted.
This experience is designed for adolescent and adult players, with a higher level of narrative and gameplay demands.
At Criogenic Zaragoza we use LED lighting and, at certain times, there may be flickering effects or flashes of ambient light.
👉 Important: these lights are never projected directly onto the players, but are part of the atmosphere of the escape room.

The bonds have an expiration date indicated in the document itself.
If your bonus has already expired, we can reactivate it by applying an additional fee depending on the time elapsed since its expiration:
From 1 to 30 days → 10 €
From 31 to 60 days → 20 €
From 61 to 90 days → 30 €
From 91 to 120 days → 40 €
From 121 to 150 days → 50 €
From 151 to 180 days → 60 €
⚠️ Important:
Bonds expired more than 10 years ago are not reactivated. 180 days.
Bonds whose value is equal to or less than the reactivation cost are not reactivated.
In the reservation process, before making full or partial payment, select the option “I have a voucher or discount, I want to redeem it!”.

In Criogenic Safety is a priority. All our facilities operate at 12 volts, so there is no electrical risk (no access is connected to 220V). We also do not use fire or prohibited elements.
We have emergency doors, fire extinguishers and safety signage, in addition to automatic closures in case of fire. There will always be staff supervising the activity.

In Criogenic We reserve the right of admission. Those who appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs, nor those who maintain a violent, conflictive attitude or that put the experience of others at risk will not be able to participate.
Likewise, the company may deny entry in any situation that it considers inappropriate for the proper development of the game.
Before starting, you will have locked lockers to leave all your personal belongings. It is prohibited to enter the play space with belongings.
